Books in one app, bank in another, sales in a spreadsheet

To find out what the company earned, you compile it by hand. Once a month. If you get around to it. We pull it into one screen that refreshes itself.

Today

Five apps, five formats. Compiled by hand — if hands get to it.

What we do

We pull the data, bring it to one shape and do the maths.

Every morning

One screen with the answers. Refreshes itself.

Figures are illustrative. Your dashboard is built around your own numbers.

What it answers

Six owner questions. And where the answer lives

“How much cash do we actually have?”

Balances across every account on one screen

“Are we profitable?”

Accrual-based P&L that reconciles with your books

“Who do we owe and when?”

Payables by week plus a payment register to sign off

“Who owes us?”

Receivables by counterparty and age

“Which project made money, which ate it?”

Profitability per project and per line of work

“Missed a payment and got charged late fees”

Due-date reminders and a cash gap warning

Your tools stay where they are

We read from what you already run. Nobody is migrating your accounting or your CRM.

The dashboard never writes to your books

It reads and displays. Every correction still happens where it always did — by your hand, under your control.

Figures reconcile, not approximate

Our own dashboard matches the accounting report to the cent. Same principle goes into yours.

How we know this

We built this dashboardand we use it ourselves

It was built for a manufacturing company whose finances we run: payments, reconciliations, month-end close, owner reporting. It runs every day, refreshes in the morning, and the profit report reconciles with the books to the cent.

We cannot show the interface with real figures — that is the company's data. We can show a demo on sample numbers: the interface is the same.

  • Cash on accounts, with the balance on each one
  • Accrual profit by month, broken down by line
  • Receivables by week: overdue, this week, later
  • Payment approval with a register to sign off
  • Cash movement by type of activity
  • Profitability per project

Pricing

Counted by data sourcesand report sections

A source is one app we pull from. A section is one block of the report. That way the scope is clear to both sides before we start.

Export setup for a non-standard app€300

Support is not a formality here: export formats change and access tokens expire. Without maintenance any dashboard eventually stops refreshing.
